Epstein Survivor Has Perfect Response to Trump’s Meltdown

    Published on

Donald Trump spent Christmas Day doing what he does best: melting down on social media while pretending he’s the victim.

This time, his target was the “many Sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein”—which is rich coming from a man who reportedly had an intimate friendship with the convicted sex trafficker.

WHAT’S GOING ON: Trump posted a rambling Christmas message on Truth Social addressed to people who “loved Jeffrey Epstein, gave him bundles of money, went to his island, attended his parties, and thought he was the greatest guy on earth.”

He congratulated himself for “dropping” Epstein “long before it was fashionable to do so.” The post ended with the ominous line: “Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!”

THE DETAILS: Marijke Chartouni, who has said she was sexually abused by Epstein when she was 20 years old, had the perfect four-word response. “Every accusation is a confession. Cheers,” she wrote on Twitter, sharing Trump’s unhinged post.

No elaborate takedown needed—just a devastating observation about a man who spent a holiday accusing others of exactly what he’s long been connected to.

OF COURSE Trump is trying to distance himself from Epstein now. But the historical record is clear: the two men were photographed together repeatedly, attended the same parties, and Trump once told New York Magazine that Epstein was a “terrific guy” who “likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.” (SURPRISE!) Now that Epstein’s crimes are undeniable, Trump wants everyone to believe he saw through it all along.

ZOOM OUT: This wasn’t Trump’s only Christmas meltdown. He unleashed over 100 posts on Truth Social targeting everyone from Joe Biden to Ilhan Omar to “RINOs.” He told a child calling NORAD’s Santa Tracker that he wanted to make sure Santa “is not infiltrated, that we’re not infiltrating into our country a bad Santa.” He invented a problem that no child asked for or needed.

This is what passes for presidential communication now.

BOTTOM LINE: When an Epstein survivor tells you that every accusation is a confession, you should probably listen. Trump’s desperate attempts to rewrite his Epstein history aren’t fooling the people who actually suffered at the hands of that monster. They have receipts—and the rest of us have eyes.
