Trump resort workers forced to wear disgusting uniforms

    Published on

A former MAGA loyalist is suing Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, alleging female employees were forced to wear revealing uniforms several sizes too small—and that when she complained, management told her “If they don’t fit, you don’t work.”

WHAT’S GOING ON: Maria Hadley, who worked as an events team member and banquet server at the $350,000-a-year club, filed a lawsuit in New Jersey court detailing what she describes as a workplace that “treated women as nothing but a prop.” Both Donald Trump and his son Eric are named in the court filings.

Hadley—a Trump voter who was hired in February—says club manager Patricio Neira handed her a child-size polo shirt and golf skirt. When she protested, he refused to replace them. She was forced to work in “humiliating” and “inappropriate, revealing clothing” until another female employee secretly swapped uniforms with her.

THE DETAILS: The allegations get worse from there.

According to the lawsuit, management referred to teenage guests as “sexy,” the clubhouse bartender served alcohol to minors and made “sexual comments about 12-year-old guests with braces,” and Neira allegedly mocked a male employee for being “a homosexual” and grabbed his subordinate’s head, holding it “near his own genitalia.”

Hadley says she reported the bartender for repeatedly serving female staffers alcohol without their consent—a complaint she was told would remain anonymous. Instead, the bartender learned within hours that she had reported him. After that, male supervisors began retaliating against her, according to the suit.

In one particularly galling incident, Hadley claims Trump himself visited the clubhouse and promised employees a $1,000 bonus, “specifically looking” at her when he made the announcement. Every employee received the bonus except Hadley.

BUT BUT BUT: This isn’t some isolated incident at an otherwise squeaky-clean operation.

It’s the second lawsuit in just over a month to ensnare Trump and Eric over conditions at Bedminster. In December, former clubhouse manager Justine Sacks filed a similar suit alleging she was forced out after flagging health violations and sexual harassment.

In November 2023, another former server alleged she was sexually harassed, coerced into sex by her manager, and tricked into signing an illegal NDA by Trump attorney Alina Habba.

OF COURSE: The club’s website promotes Bedminster as “family-oriented.” “Whether you are looking for premier New Jersey golf, an exceptional wedding venue or an ideal family retreat, Trump Bedminster has it all,” it reads. (The piling lawsuits suggest otherwise.)

WHY IT MATTERS: The Bedminster golf club is held under the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust—a legal structure that lets the 79-year-old president keep earning income from the property while in office.

Trump has spent roughly a quarter of his second term at his golf clubs so far, costing taxpayers an estimated $110.6 million in 2025 alone. He buried his ex-wife Ivana near the first hole in 2022.

Hadley’s situation deteriorated to the point where she was hospitalized twice before ultimately resigning. “Defendants targeted Ms. Hadley because she refused to tolerate pervasive gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and serious legal and safety violations that put employees and customers at risk,” her attorney said. The White House declined to comment and referred questions to the Trump Organization, which has not responded.
